At NOVASERVE TECHNOLOGIES, we believe in transparency with our customers. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any service.
Free Trial
- We provide a 2-day free testing period for many of our hosting services to allow potential customers to evaluate our platform.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to fully test the service during this trial period to ensure it meets their needs and requirements before making a purchase.
Advance Payment
- All services require 100% advance payment for the chosen billing cycle.
- No services will be activated or renewed until the corresponding invoice has been paid in full and the payment has been successfully cleared.
No Refund Policy
Strictly Non-Refundable
Once a paid service is purchased and activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is firm as customers have already had the opportunity to evaluate the service during the free testing period.
- Services including, but not limited to, domain registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, virtual private servers (VPS), IP addresses, and any third-party software licenses or add-ons are strictly non-refundable once the order is placed and processed.
Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the client portal.
- Cancellations must be requested before the service's next renewal date to avoid future billing.
- No partial refunds or credits will be given for any unused period of a service term upon cancellation.
Disputes & Chargebacks
- Initiating a payment dispute or a chargeback through a financial institution is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated services.
- Any detected fraudulent payment activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities along with all relevant customer information.
