Welcome to NOVASERVE TECHNOLOGIES. By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Payments & Activation

• All services require 100% advance payment before activation.
• Services are provisioned only after payment has been successfully cleared and any required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is complete.

Customer Identification (KYC Policy)

• To comply with Indian regulations and prevent misuse, customers must provide valid government-issued identification. This can include an Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, or a valid Business Certificate for companies.
• Failure to provide valid KYC documents upon request may result in account suspension or termination without a refund.
• This policy is in place to protect our network infrastructure from abuse, fraud, and illegal activities.

Free Testing

• We may offer a 2-day free testing or trial period for certain services before a purchase is required.
• Once a service has been purchased and activated, it is considered final and is strictly non-refundable.

Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may not use our servers or network for any of the following activities:

• Sending unsolicited emails (spam), phishing, hacking, or distributing malware and viruses.
• Hosting or distributing illegal, pirated, copyrighted, or abusive content.
• Engaging in fraudulent schemes, criminal activities, or any action that violates Indian law.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice and without refund.

Billing & Renewals

• Renewal invoices are generated prior to the service due date and must be paid on or before the due date to ensure continuous service.
• Failure to make timely payments may lead to service suspension and, ultimately, termination.
• The customer is solely responsible for any data loss resulting from service termination due to non-renewal.

Service Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for non-payment, fraud, KYC non-compliance, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

Liability Disclaimer

• While we employ enterprise-grade hardware and strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% service uptime.
• NOVASERVE TECHNOLOGIES is not liable for any damages resulting from downtime, service interruptions, data loss, or data corruption.
• Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer for the specific service in question during the billing cycle in which the incident occurred.
• Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
