• Payments: handled securely by our payment partners; we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provision and operate your services, issue GST-compliant invoices, provide support, send transactional notifications, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate (e.g. payment gateway, registrar, cloud infrastructure) and with authorities when legally compelled.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to support@novaserve.net.

Retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting compliance (typically 7 years for GST records).

We employ TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, RLS-enforced database access, and regular security reviews.
