Hosting & Software

Most hosting plans carry a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Domain registration

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry, as fees are paid directly to the registry.

Professional services (VAPT, DevOps, Consulting)

Engagement fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation prior to kickoff is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.

Email accounts@novaserve.net with your invoice number and reason for refund. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
