Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by NovaServe Technologies ("NovaServe", "we", "us"), GSTIN 27ABLPZ6635J1ZT, registered at Ground Floor, Survey No 561/1B Plot No 37, Dhande Nagar, Jalgaon, Maharashtra - 425001.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

NovaServe offers hosting, domain registration, software licensing, cybersecurity, network security, InfoSec consulting, DevOps engineering, cyber-law advisory and cyber-forensics services. Specific scope, deliverables and SLAs are defined per plan or engagement.

3. Account & Billing

You must provide accurate registration details. All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian tax law (CGST + SGST for Maharashtra customers; IGST for inter-state). Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities including but not limited to spam, malware distribution, phishing, copyright infringement or any content prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. SLAs & Uptime

Hosting services carry a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Credits are provided per the SLA schedule when breaches are confirmed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaServe's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected service during the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel any service at any time subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
